If you are having trouble with the picture not
reloading, Your Browser might not be setup right.
For Netscape, go to Edit/Preferences and open up
Advanced. Click on Cache and make sure that you
have set the brower to check documents "Every Time".
I don't know how to accomplish this with MS Internet
Explorer.
